Great service, both in English and German. Took my old vintage roadbike for a repair due to weird noises, which ended up being a broken frame in the end. Although I left without the planned repair, they gave great advice and seem honest, caring and knowledgeable of bikes. Can only recommend, and will be back when my second bike needs repair 😊🙏🏻

Although that's my nearest shop, I don't go here after a few refusals. I have a well maintained bike. However the shop owner was constantly trying to talk me into major repairs, and otherwise would not agree to do the minor repairs that I actually needed - like, fix a hole in a tube. First time the shop owner told me I have to commit to full tire replacement if that would be needed (I just placed new expensive tires and I told him if new tires would be needed again, I would only do those at my old shop). Second time he told me I needed to replace the full wheel frame cause it looked bent. In both cases, he could demonstrate no proof that the extra repairs were needed and would refuse to do only the small jobs I asked him to do. Obviously, after I seeked a second opinion in the neighbor shops, their owners confirmed no further repairs were actually needed.

Go to Bike Mike! Best bike shop in all of Berlin...always competent and friendly advice. And most importantly - the repair is quick! You don't have to wait days for your bike, which is easily worth 5 stars for me.

So friendly and helpful! They were able to fix my bike in the same day and charged less than quoted... And they offered to speak English with me since I don't know the names of bike parts in German! Definitely recommend, and will go back. Thank you!

I bought a new bike here in August. I received very honest and transparent advice. You noticed that each bike wasn't just "thrown together" but that something really great was built with a lot of passion and high quality. During the test ride it was love at first step and I am still thrilled with my bike every day.

Great price performance. I can't understand the bad reviews. The prices for the parts are set by the manufacturers and who should blame it if it costs €10 more than on the internet. If everyone is so stingy they can open small bike shops. Then everyone who complains can order their parts online, but they don't have anyone to install them. You can only laugh at the service from the big chains. It's not cheaper and is only designed for the next one quickly, quickly. I am very happy with my bike, it runs like it did on the first day. Kind regards to the nice crew at Bike Mike.
